How the process works

Can we start small?+

Yes — that's the whole point. Phase 1 is deliberately scoped to deliver value fast, then grow.

We already know what we want to build — do we still need the Blueprint?+

If the work is simple and clearly defined, we can sometimes move faster. For anything complex, the Blueprint is how we scope and price accurately instead of quoting a number we'd have to walk back.

What if we don't want to build after the Blueprint?+

That's a valid outcome — you keep the plan and can execute it yourself or with another team. If it isn't valuable to you, the Blueprint is money-back.

How long does Phase 1 take?+

It varies with scope; we phase the work so you see value sooner rather than after a long build. We give you a realistic timeline in the Blueprint.

What does it cost?+

The Blueprint is $2,000 (credited toward Phase 1). Most Phase 1 builds fall in the $50K–$100K range depending on complexity, integrations, and data.

How is our data handled?+

We take it seriously and tailor the approach to your requirements — including options to keep sensitive data in your own environment, use schema-only access, or run self-hosted where needed. We're transparent about how any AI or third-party services would handle your data and agree the approach with you.
